Job Description
Job Title: Digital Business Analyst- Manufacturing
Location: Remote (East Coast/Midwest Preferred; St. Louis, MO candidates highly preferred)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with production teams, business stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements, implement digital solutions, and improve manufacturing processes across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing teams.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Support application configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital manufacturing solutions.
- Drive process improvements and support Agile project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis or related IT experience.
- Strong manufacturing or production industry background.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal candidates have:
- Ability to effectively translate business needs to software developers
- Technical Writing & Diagraming
- Strong SQL Experience
- Windows Server Applications Support, Troubleshooting & Testing
- SAP EWM Integration knowledge – Plus
- SAP Production Planning(PP), Material Management(MM) or Quality Management(QM) knowledge - Plus
- Azure cloud & mobile applications – Plus
- Working knowledge of C# or Java (JSP) application troubleshooting – Plus
