The Digital Category Merchandising Analyst will support the execution of digital merchandising strategies that improve online revenue, optimize product assortment, enhance customer experience, and drive category growth across enterprise B2B eCommerce platforms.
The successful candidate will analyze category performance, optimize online merchandising, support pricing and promotions, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital commerce experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital merchandising strategies across B2B eCommerce channels.
Analyze category performance and provide business recommendations.
Optimize online assortment, pricing, availability, and product presentation.
Partner with Product, Pricing, Promotions, and Operations teams.
Improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor KPIs and customer behavior.
Support omnichannel merchandising initiatives.
Conduct competitive analysis and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering and Catalog teams to optimize digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline.
5+ years of Digital Merchandising or eCommerce experience.
Minimum 2+ years supporting B2B eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of Online Merchandising, Assortment Planning, and Pricing Strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
