Digital Cloud Solution Architect

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Digital Cloud Solution Architect to join our client, a multinational technology corporation.

Client: Multinational technology corporation

Terms: 10‑month contract, with intent to extend to an 18‑month total duration

Location: Remote

Role Summary

The Digital Cloud Solution Architect is a tech‑heavy, customer‑facing role focused on driving enterprise adoption of AI‑powered productivity solutions, intelligent agents, cloud platforms, and secure data governance.

This role requires hands‑on AI deployment experience, strong enterprise customer engagement, and the ability to operate across global teams with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise adoption of AI‑powered productivity tools and intelligent agent solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across cloud platforms, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and governance models.
• Design, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Remove blockers across identity, security, compliance, governance, licensing, and platform readiness.
• Enable secure and governed AI adoption, including data protection and responsible AI practices.
• Drive end‑user adoption and change‑management programs.
• Engage executives to connect AI usage to measurable business outcomes.
• Manage usage milestones and adoption commitments across assigned accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities through usage trends and business signals.
• Lead technical communities and support cross‑functional teams.

Top Must‑Have Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish (only select roles require bilingual candidates).
• 5+ years enterprise customer‑facing experience.
• 5+ years delivering customer technical projects.
• 5+ years working with cloud productivity platforms and enterprise cloud technologies.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and driving adoption of AI‑powered productivity tools.
• Strong depth in cloud security and compliance: identity governance, conditional access, DLP, sensitive data classification, AI‑related data protection.
• Experience building and governing intelligent agents using enterprise agent‑development platforms.

Technical Expectations

• Certifications preferred, not required; hands‑on AI experience is mandatory.
• Enterprise‑level customer experience required.
• Candidates must be distributed across multiple time zones.
• Hiring urgency is high.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or practice development.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills across global teams and C‑suite audiences.
• Ability to balance business acumen with technical depth in AI and intelligent agent solutions.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence technical communities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving AI environment.

Preferred Certifications (minimum 2)

• MS‑102: Microsoft 365 Administrator - Expert
• SC‑401: Information Security Administrator (Microsoft Purview) - Associate
• AB‑900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
• AB‑100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect - Expert
• AB‑730: AI Business Professional - Associate

Ideal candidates have real AI deployment experience, have built or governed intelligent agents, and can drive adoption programs while operating as both technical experts and change‑management leaders.
