Digital Communication Specialist

Our Digital Services team consists of highly skilled staff who play a critical role in promoting our Digital Banking solutions. By accessing multiple systems and programs, the Digital Communication Specialist meets our member’s needs, resolves issues, and educates members regarding products and services, and connects them to the resources they need. Providing this level of service conveniently through digital channels as well as over the phone is an example of the first-class service Town & Country FCU is known for.
Function and Responsibilities
This role assists with the Credit Union’s Digital Services and is accountable for responding to and completing member requests via electronic communications.
Duties include:
Salary: $22.50 - 23.50 per hour
Education & Experience
High School education or GED. One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
