Job Summary:
This role focuses on executing a comprehensive content strategy for customer and employee experiences. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining web content, ensuring its quality and alignment with established guidelines, while also acting as a key liaison for content-related matters on external platforms. The position requires strong communication and organizational abilities to effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute content strategy for CX and EX initiatives.
- Update and review web content for accuracy and searchability.
- Manage content for third-party sites.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:- Ensure adherence to design and usability standards.
- 1-3 years of web content management experience
- Experience in digital marketing or communications
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
