What You'll Do
You'll create and manage digital experiences that engage audiences and support business goals.
Content Strategy & Social Media
Help develop and execute a digital content and social media strategy aligned with business goals
Manage a monthly content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Creative Design & Storytelling
Design graphics, visuals, and digital assets for campaigns, social media, and internal communications
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
Community Engagement & Brand Reputation
Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages to build trust and protect brand reputation
Support proactive engagement strategies that strengthen customer connections
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
Turn data into recommendations that improve engagement and performance
Website & SEO Optimization
Support website updates, landing pages, and blog content improvements
Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search to improve visibility
AI & Innovation
Use AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and performance insights
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design , or related field
3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and graphic design
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or analytics tools
Experience with AI‑powered content tools or prompt engineering
Knowledge of online reputation management
