POSITION SUMMARY:

Go Port is expanding our Martech department and building a new AI-powered production team. We are looking for a creative, driven Digital Content (AI) Specialist excited about marketing and the possibilities of AI.  As part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to use your AI and video skills on real marketing initiatives with a direct connection to the company’s growth.  In this role, you will turn storyboards and creative concepts into polished, engaging video content using AI-powered production and editing tools. This is not a camera-operator or videographer role; the primary focus will be taking an established creative concept and executing the finished video using AI and digital production tools. 

This is an opportunity to join a team at an exciting point in its development and have a real voice as we test new tools, develop workflows, and expand our capabilities.  This position is intentionally in-office only as being together in person allows us to move quickly, solve problems together, and learn and develop as this team is built. This role requires the ability to be in the office Monday through Friday.   

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

• Execute video concepts and storyboards developed by the Martech and leadership teams. 
• Utilize AI-powered video generation, editing, animation, and enhancement tools to develop creative and engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, website content, and other company initiatives. 
• Edit pacing, transitions, sound, music, effects, and other elements needed to complete a finished piece. 
• Work with platforms such as Higgsfield and Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), plus other AI creative tools as technology evolves.
• Write and refine prompts to achieve specific visual results in alignment with the original concept.
• Produce video content in the appropriate formats and dimensions for social media, digital advertising, websites, and other marketing channels. 
• Experiment with different AI models, workflows, prompts, visual styles, and production techniques to find creative solutions to bring concepts to life.
• Collaborate closely with the Martech team to understand the goal behind each piece of content.
• Maintain organized project files, source assets, working files, and final exports.
• Learn from feedback and make thoughtful revisions while maintaining the original creative vision.
• Adhere to all company policies and represent Go Port professionally at all times.
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND CORE COMPETENCIES:

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 
• Demonstrated experience creating or editing video content using AI-powered platforms.
• Deep curiosity and interest in the rapidly changing world of AI and digital media/marketing.
• A strong visual eye and understanding of what makes video content engaging. 
• Ability to take established creative direction and execute it accurately.
• An understanding of how to effectively prompt, refine, and iterate AI-generated content.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to refine work efficiently based on feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage digital files and multiple projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Higgsfield, Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop), Claude, ChatGPT, Pixabay, and Canva. 
• Comfort working in an environment where technology and processes are constantly evolving, with a willingness to keep adapting as AI production technology evolves. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Primarily computer-based work in an office setting.
• Regularly involves collaboration across departments.
• Regularly requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
• May require occasional schedule flexibility to accommodate meetings or business needs.
