Summary:
The role involves optimizing Sentera's e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and primary web properties to enhance digital performance, usability, customer engagement, and user experience. This position will focus on developing and maintaining marketing content, analyzing digital content effectiveness, and driving website enhancements to support business growth objectives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to create targeted content and digital experiences that promote product adoption and expand brand awareness.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Digital Properties: Improve e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, engagement, conversion rates, and digital performance.
  • Develop Customer and Dealer Content: Create and manage marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation for customer and dealer success.
  • Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Monitor analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Support Product Growth Initiatives: Develop content and digital campaigns to drive adoption and sales of products while supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Functional Teams: Work with marketing, sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with growth goals.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Content creation and digital marketing expertise.
  • Website, e-commerce, and user experience optimization.
  • Data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 3 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management.
  • Experience managing website content and marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to use analytics to improve customer engagement and business results.
 
Skills:
  • Experience optimizing e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience creating content for technical, software, or agricultural technology products.
  • Experience supporting product launches, dealer networks, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable content and business recommendations.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.78 - $33.78/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
