    JOB SUMMARY:

    Serves as the point of contact for the Clemson Alumni and Visitors Center content management system Coordinates with building tenants to create maintain and schedule digital content Develops policies for governing content placement and media design for the digital signage Other duties as assigned

     

     

    JOB DUTIES:

    5% - Policy and Process Development:
    Coordinates creation of strategic policies including content style guides, required static and non-static content formats and specifications, content scheduling processes. Operates within university project management system to field content requests and to traffic content for approval to campus partners. 10% - Technical Support:
    Supports tenants and visitors of the Alumni and Visitors Center as the expert on CMS software and digital display hardware with any needed technical support or troubleshooting. Works closely with CCIT and/or external partners for advance technical support as needed. 30% - Content Management:
    Serves as content manager for NFAVC CMS and digital displays within the building. Coordinates with tenants to obtain, schedule, and approve content for video boards digital displays in the building. Works in conjunction with campus partners to plan and develop content scheduling processes. 30% - Content Creation:
    Has the ability to take content in various formats, or create new content using visual communications software that is build to specification for digital display needs in the building. Designs graphics, animations and video content as needed for strategic initiatives and events, coordinating closely with Advancement, Admissions, Career Center, CUF and BOT partners. 25% - Marketing and Communications Design:
    Designs graphics, animations, advertising and digital content as needed to support strategic projects and portfolios of work for Marcom.

    Minimum Requirements:

    A bachelor's degree and experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Acts as a Lead by guiding the work of others who perform essentially the same work.

     

    BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

    COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

    Expected Salary Range

    $45,300.00 - $54,085.00

    Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

     

     

    ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:

    Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
