Digital Content Specialist

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role:

Join our Organic Social creative team made up of one Sr. Manager, two Associate Art Directors, one Sr. Copywriter, and one freelance Content Specialist. This team always has many projects coming down the pipeline, so there will be lots of opportunities to work on many fun social initiatives. A typical day would look like, creating high-quality and visually compelling content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Along with sourcing and managing product samples, as well as pulling inspiration for upcoming social content.

Responsibilities:

• Execute approximately 30 unique net-new organic social assets per week, including video and graphic content.
• Coordinate product samples, props, content capture, editing, routing, and final asset delivery.
• Support the execution of in-season social content briefs.
• Assist Art Directors with additional production-related work as needed.
• Contribute to high-volume content editing projects, including Fashion Show content deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of content throughout key seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives.
