- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2+ years' experience in communications, storytelling, or content development, preferably supporting technology or product teams.
- Exceptional writing, verbal skills, and experience creating visual content like decks, videos, graphics, and journey maps.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual storytelling tools.
- Experience working in matrixed, multi-functional environments with diverse teams and leadership.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
