Job DescriptionAWS IDC Content Studio is seeking a results‑driven Production Manager to serve as a key production partner for IDP digital marketing content across AWS Marketing. This role is the vital link between creative vision and flawless delivery—orchestrating digital content projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring IDP programs and campaigns transform into exceptional, bar‑raising work.Key ResponsibilitiesRequestor Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for requestors within the IDC and across AWS Marketing, managing expectations, communicating project status, and building trusted partnerships.Conduct discovery calls to align on creative asks, refine project artifacts (Creative Brief, Bill of Materials), and confirm scope before moving into production.Present tactical approaches and business rationale to stakeholders and leadership—including documents reviewed at the Manager/Director level.Project Coordination & Workflow ManagementManage end‑to‑end project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules across multiple concurrent IDP campaigns.Establish work‑back schedules during the Confirmation stage to achieve on‑time delivery across all content tiers.Cross‑Functional Team LeadershipCoordinate between creative, strategy, IDP v‑teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and quality standards.Coordinate creative disciplines across video production, UX design, graphic design, and copywriting.Serve as the single‑threaded production partner for assigned IDP programs—the most familiar person with content, project nuances, contracts, and talent commitments.Agency & Vendor ManagementSupport the selection, onboarding, and management of external agency and production partners.Conduct regular performance reviews with agency partners; elevate risks and flag issues proactively to protect project timelines.Budget & Resource PlanningTrack project budgets and optimize resource utilization across internal teams and external partners to maximize output quality.Develop project plans including steps, timelines, and communication rollout strategies.Quality Assurance & DeliveryImplement rigorous review processes to ensure all deliverables meet AWS brand standards, technical specifications, and requestor requirements before final delivery.Maintain working knowledge across creative disciplines—video, UX, graphic design, and written content—and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD) for quality assessment.Contribute to AI‑enabled process improvements and automation opportunities to accelerate content production cycles.Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status updates to senior team members and leadership with clarity and consistency.A Production Manager handles complex, high‑visibility content production projects with growing autonomy.
