Digital Content & Social Marketing ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Content & Social Marketing Manager to own our content engine and social media presence. This role will transform internal initiatives, sales insights, and company expertise into compelling external content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The individual will create consistency across messaging, support sales and events, and ensure our brand shows up effectively in the market. This role supports the expansion of ASP's downstream NA commercial marketing team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage a monthly editorial content calendar aligned with business priorities.Translate internal initiatives (sales, product, events) into external-facing content.Create high‑quality written content, including social posts, campaign messaging, and thought leadership.Support the localization of Global initiatives, Fortive, IPG, CWS, and other internal business support.Work with category managers to align on marketing briefs to create and drive 360 integrated marketing plans, create content, sales tools, etc.Campaign ManagementOptimize digital campaign content across owned, earned and paid channels (LinkedIn, web, email, paid social).A/B test content messaging to ensure the most effective messaging that represents our products and brands.Track and analyze content, build metrics, and report via Fortive standards (DVM).Social Media Management and TradeshowOwn and manage all company social media channels (primarily LinkedIn).Plan, schedule, and publish consistent, high-quality content.Monitor performance and optimize based on engagement and results.Report timely lead capture data from tradeshows and pre/post emails.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with sales teams, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to identify customer insights and content opportunities.Work with internal stakeholders to extract and develop subject‑matter expertise into content.Support trade shows and events through pre‑, during‑, and post‑event content.Design & Creative ManagementWork with freelance designers and internal requests from cross‑functional team members and corporate‑related needs for asset creation (ads, one‑pagers, social graphics).Develop and maintain templates to streamline content production.Ensure brand consistency across all materials and compliance/regulatory rules are followed.Performance TrackingTrack and report on key metrics such as engagement, content output, and campaign performance; organize the content calendar meticulously.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; contribute to and help maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design systems to enable efficient, scalable creative development.Ensure files are organized, version‑controlled, and delivery‑ready for multiple channels and regions; remain strategic in planning social‑related content.Additional DutiesPerform other tasks as assigned to support Global Commercial Marketing and cross‑functional initiatives.Qualifications2–6+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or marketing communications (creative or graphic or content writing knowledge a plus).Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, strategic planning required.Experience in B2B or corporate marketing environments.Strong organizational and project management skills, copywriting.Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders (clinical, corporate, marketing).Bonus or EquityThis position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 61,500.00 – 102,700.00.Equal Opportunity EmployerFortive Corporation and all Fortive Companies are proud to be equal opportunity employers.
