    Description

    Digital Content Specialist

    The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing content across web and digital platforms using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable platforms.This role supports the execution of marketing campaigns, website content updates, and digital experience initiatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all channels.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and experienced in managing website content within a CMS environment. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred, but candidates with hands-on experience using comparable enterprise CMS platforms are encouraged to apply.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain digital marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, and promotional messaging using an enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
    • Publish, update, and manage website content while ensuring alignment with marketing requirements and brand standards.
    • Support digital campaign execution by assisting with audience targeting and personalization using Adobe Target or similar personalization tools.
    • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective digital content solutions.
    • Manage and prioritize production requests while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and brand guidelines.
    • Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic website content or functionality issues across digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure website messaging aligns with overall marketing strategy and supports omnichannel customer engagement.
    • Assist with validating analytics, tagging, and revenue tracking functionality for digital content.
    • Manage project workflows using Workfront or comparable project management tools.
    • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all website content and digital assets.
    Qualifications
    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.
    Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, website operations, or a related field.
    Technical Skills
    • Experience managing website content using an enterprise Content Management System (CMS).
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is preferred; comparable CMS experience (such as Sitecore, Drupal, Contentful, Contentstack, Optimizely, Magnolia, Liferay, Kentico, Umbraco, Sitefinity, or similar platforms) will also be considered.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Target or comparable personalization platforms is preferred.
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.
    • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
    • Understanding of SEO best practices and website content optimization.
    • Experience publishing and maintaining digital content in a CMS environment.
