Digital Creative Specialist

IDR is seeking a Digital Creative Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves designing, producing, and editing high-quality social media and creative content across various accounts for a company in the marketing and advertising industry. The focus is on graphic design, video production, and content creation, supporting social strategies from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate is highly visual, trend-aware, and proficient in design and video editing with strong attention to brand voice.

Position Overview for the Digital Creative Specialist:

• Creating engaging social media content including graphics, videos, and motion graphics.
• Managing content from initial concepts through on-site capture and post-production.
• Supporting account teams with social strategy execution.
• Translating brand voice into compelling digital visuals.
• Collaborating with creative teams within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Digital Creative Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, and/or graphic design.
• Prior experience shooting content using a Canon DSLR camera, iPhone, and mobile-first setups.
• Proven experience producing photo and video content for social platforms.
• Experience working with food & beverage, nonprofit, and/or consumer brands preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.
