Job Description:
Lead CMS product strategy and translate digital business requirements into scalable content solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between digital business stakeholders and technical teams
Manage and evolve the enterprise CMS platform (currently AEM)
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Write user stories and support UAT efforts
Lead CMS product vision, roadmap, and agile ceremonies
Collaborate on platform migration strategy
Support content model and metadata optimization
Conduct functional testing and validate feature releases
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years of experience managing enterprise-level CMS platforms (AEM, Sanity, Edge, etc.)
Background in IT or digital business systems (not content creation)
Experience as a Digital Business Analyst/Product Owner in an Agile environment
Proficiency with JIRA (or similar tools), story writing, and UAT
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to CMS integrations with React.js
Familiarity with content modeling and metadata in AEM
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and digital workflows
