We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Data Strategist within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world’s leading oral care company, we leverage best‑in‑class, cloud‑based marketing technology to create seamless digital connections with our audiences. This role partners closely with our Digital Marketing and CRM teams to deploy advanced technologies that optimize and scale our digital engagement programs—driving more precise targeting and deeper engagement with professionals, customers, and consumers.

The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding business goals and translating them into high-quality solutions that deliver performance, maintainability, and scalability—leveraging leading cloud-based marketing technologies to drive digital connection. In this role, you will partner closely with our Digital Marketing and Product teams (both technical and commercial) to deliver technology solutions to meet business objectives and deploy best-in-class technology that optimizes and scales our digital engagement programs, enabling better targeting, deeper engagement, and higher conversion among professionals, customers, and consumers. The successful candidate is highly customer-focused and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What you'll do:
+ Lead Architect & Strategy: Serve as the lead technical architect for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, defining global standards, best practices, and scalable end-to-end customer experience solutions.
+ Data Modeling & Governance: Own the global consumer and professional data models, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and scalability across multi-channel platforms and international markets.
+ Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Digital Marketing, Commerce, and Analytics teams to design data architectures that support integrated campaigns, customer acquisition, and performance reporting.
+ Technical Implementation: Drive the end-to-end implementation and expansion of the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, SAP (Gigya), and Adobe Experience Manager.
+ Audience & Automation Insights: Perform advanced data analysis and modeling to ingest first-party data, identifying new audience targets and developing automated capabilities to boost user engagement.
+ Agile Project Leadership: Execute complex engagements using Agile/SCRUM methodologies, managing vendor and agency relationships while providing expert technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 8+ years of IT experience, specializing in a minimum of 4 years of end-to-end implementation and support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience developing complex data integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across marketing ecosystems.
+ Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies and sprint-based development to efficiently manage project lifecycles, backlogs, and technical delivery.
+ Expert at manipulating large, complex datasets using SQL and Excel to derive actionable business insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
+ Highly proficient in leveraging the Google Workspace suite to facilitate real-time collaboration and documentation across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, and Apache Airflow, Cloud Functions, Apigee/API gateway, and middleware development
+ Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms
+ Experience leveraging and implementing additional marketing technology including Google Analytics 4 and SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
+ Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services and data modeling
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
+ Strong organization skills with the ability to navigate between complex projects with many stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106,400.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
