Every course depends on more than content. It depends on the actual box, code, or file reaching the student whos supposed to have it. Thats the work behind this role: managing physical package orders and inventory issues on one side, and digital access codes, courseware setup, and system troubleshooting on the other, for Macmillan Learnings Operations team.
Youll be the person who catches an out-of-stock title before it becomes a missed deadline, gets a stuck access code moving again, and keeps Sales, Customer Service, and vendor partners in the loop along the way. As Macmillan Learnings product mix keeps shifting between print and digital, this role is built to shift with it.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $56,000/ year.
Physical Requirements: Requires periods of close concentration; must be able to multi-task; must be able to travel 50%; work overtime - more than 40 hours a week, as needed.
Good to Know
Youll work a standard schedule with occasional overtime. No travel is required, and a drivers license is not needed. A standard background check applies.
Work Location: This is a remote position with preference to those in the Austin, TX area. Remote work is NOT availabe for those in the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
