Digital Dental Lab Manager / CAD-CAM Design Supervisor

Are you a master of CAD/CAM design looking to step into a high-impact leadership role? We are looking for a hands-on Digital Dental Lab Manager / Design Supervisor to lead our digital division into its next phase of growth.

We don't just need a bench designer—we need an operational leader. In this role, you will lead our talent, optimize our digital manufacturing systems, and collaborate directly with top clinicians on complex full-arch cases.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive Team Excellence: Mentor and manage our talented design team, establishing best practices, setting daily workflows, and elevating overall team performance.

• Lead Complex Restorations: Take point on high-complexity designs, including advanced implant prosthetics, All-on-X, and full-arch cases.

• Elevate Quality Standards: Implement rigorous QC protocols across all digital design, 3D printing, and milling outputs.

• Build Better Systems: Develop and refine lab workflows to scale digital operations efficiently without sacrificing quality.

• Be the Face of Technical Expertise: Act as a key consultant for doctors, leading case planning sessions and presenting our technical capabilities to prospective clients.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Leadership: Previous experience in a lab management, supervisory, or lead designer position.

• Software Expertise: Deep fluency in Exocad and/or 3Shape workflows.

• Advanced Clinical Knowledge: Strong expertise in full-arch, implant-supported, and complex prosthetic design.

• Production Know-How: Solid understanding of modern digital manufacturing (CAM software, milling units, and 3D printers).

• Top-Tier Communication: Clear, highly professional English communication skills for collaborating with dentists, surgeons, and internal teams.
