Overview
As our laboratory continues to expand, we are looking for a talented Dental
CAD/CAM Technician to join our team. In this role, you will lead the
digital design and fabrication of premium dental restorations. The ideal
candidate excels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, handles multiple digital
workflows seamlessly, and partners closely with our lab team to deliver perfect
cases.

Responsibilities
- Execute
CAM workflows: Nest digital designs and manage the daily
operation of CNC milling machines.
- Maintain
equipment: Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on milling units to
ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate
internally: Work alongside ceramists and technicians to guarantee precise
case execution and fit.
What We
Are Looking For
- Software
Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using dental design
software such as 3Shape, exocad, or Dental Wings (Required).
- Technical
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot software issues
and calibrate hardware independently.
- Machining
Knowledge: Deep understanding of CAM programming for CNC mills and
lathes.
- Efficiency
Mindset: Familiarity with lean manufacturing workflows to maximize
productivity and minimize waste.
- Time
Management: Proven ability to balance multiple active cases and meet
tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Team
Player:
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cooperative attitude.
- Clinical
Eye: Exceptional
understanding of dental anatomy, margins, occlusion, and paths of
insertion.
