We are seeking a highly consultative Digital Design & Visualization Lead with strong business intelligence expertise, particularly in Power BI and Power Query. This role is embedded at a client site and will work cross-functionally to support reporting initiatives, project delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and proactive—someone who can translate business needs into scalable, high-performing reporting solutions while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements
Collaborate with data integration teams to source and structure data from multiple warehouse systems
Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to support project execution
Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Utilize Power Query to transform and manage metadata for improved report performance
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting using Power BI and other tools
Build and execute UAT scripts; facilitate testing sessions to ensure production readiness
Document processes, solutions, and key learnings to support team knowledge sharing
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and data processes
