Pay Range:

$55,600.00 - $91,450.00

Working within our in-house creative team, you'll partner with UI/UX, development, and marketing to produce polished page builds, brand-aligned mockups, and visual standards that hold up across every digital touchpoint.

This is a hybrid role, in office Tuesday-Thursday.

What You’ll Do

Mockups & Page Building

  • Produce visual mockups that give UI/UX and development teams a clear, realistic creative target when updating the design system
  • Document visual intent, including photography direction, spacing decisions, and brand rationale, so handoffs are clear and actionable
  • Design within known component and CMS constraints
  • Build and publish pages in Drupal CMS, assembling components, imagery, and content into polished, on-brand layouts
  • Apply strong layout judgment (hierarchy, spacing, image placement) within defined component constraints
  • Own the visual quality of every page you build: photography tone, typographic treatment, and overall brand fidelity
  • Prepare and optimize all image assets prior to CMS integration

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as the creative voice within UI/UX and development workflows, ensuring brand standards are upheld through execution
  • Translate creative direction into technical context and vice versa, and be fluent in both conversations
  • Surface visual quality issues early and bring solutions, not just observations

Brand & Visual Standards

  • Conduct visual QA of live and staged pages against brand guidelines
  • Maintain and contribute to usage documentation and imagery references and templates for the broader team
  • Champion brand consistency across every digital touchpoint, from hero images to component-level asset crops

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital or graphic design with demonstrated web production work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma, applied to both UI design contexts and digital asset creation
  • Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms; Drupal 11 strongly preferred
  • Strong layout sensibility: grid, hierarchy, visual balance, and image integration within constrained environments
  • Clear communicator, able to articulate design rationale, present mockups to cross-functional stakeholders, and synthesize feedback into aligned, actionable direction
  • Comfortable facilitating design reviews, feedback sessions, and knowledge-sharing with peers
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating web design, digital collateral (email, social, landing pages), and real-world production execution
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and production quality

Preferred

  • Experience creating cross-functional guidelines or process frameworks for handoff and collaboration
  • Familiarity with Bynder (DAM) and Monday.com or similar workflow management tools
  • HTML/CSS literacy sufficient to understand layout constraints and communicate feasibility with developers
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they fit into a modern design workflow you've experimented and you're thinking critically about when to use them
