Digital Designer- UX/UI duties:
- Design products with the end-user in mind.
- Collect data and ideas from the target user.
- Research brands, culture, products and marketing.
- Conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs.
- Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence.
- Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives
- Define research goals
- Define workstream plan and timeline
- Deploy the right research methods
- Collect data and perform interviews - Synthesize data - Storytelling and influencing with your insights
