JOB TITLE: Digital Designer/Web Designer
LOCATION: Remote - PST preferred

RATE RANGE: $110 - $115/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a talented Digital Designer/Web Designer to craft the visual identity and user experience of our client's AI-focused website. You'll design engaging, user-friendly pages that showcase our client's AI initiatives, research, and products, aligning with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design intuitive, responsive pages for .com, focusing on user experience and conversion
• Develop visual storytelling elements, such as layouts, typography, imagery, and video, to communicate complex AI concepts
• Create design work that adheres to existing brand guidelines and thoughtfully pushes beyond the given direction in guidelines
• Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals
• Create design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and refine the website's design
• Work with developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and meets accessibility standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to make strategic decisions that drive creative excellence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web design and development
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered design work
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Experience working closely with engineering on scoping, ideation, and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive storytelling
• Experience designing for AI, machine learning, or tech-focused products
• Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles
