The Digital Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives that help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels. This role will coordinate digital advertising, SMS marketing, social media, reputation management, and mobile app efforts to create a consistent and engaging customer experience.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.

 

Responsibilities

 

Digital Marketing & Customer Experience

  • Execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across digital advertising, SMS, social media, and mobile app platforms
  • Work closely with operations, IT, and marketing teams to support a consistent customer experience
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend opportunities to improve customer engagement

 

Digital Advertising

  • Manage paid media campaigns, including search, display, social media, and geotargeted advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results
  • Help track budgets, performance metrics, and return on investment

 

Social Media & Content

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across company platforms
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution
  • Monitor engagement and provide performance insights
  • Support marketing promotions and community-focused campaigns

 

Mobile App Support

  • Manage and promote the company mobile app
  • Support initiatives to increase app downloads and customer engagement
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to help improve app functionality and user experience
  • Monitor app performance and customer feedback

 

Reputation Management

  • Manage the company’s online reputation management platform
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews as appropriate
  • Create and maintain Google Business listings for new locations
  • Ensure location information remains accurate and consistent across digital platform

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key digital marketing metrics
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement trends
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, customer experience, or a related field
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, SMS marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with multi-location retail or service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with membership or subscription-based programs
  • Experience using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reputation management tools

 

Work Environment & Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel occasionally to support community events, grand openings, and operating locations
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special events or new site launches
  • Ability to lift and transport light promotional materials as needed
  • Hybrid work environment with periodic in-office meetings and quarterly planning sessions
  • Working hours will be based on Eastern Standard Time
