Location: Arlington, TX
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 + Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
About the Opportunity
A nationwide industry leader is seeking a talented
Digital Experience Designer to help shape engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of
digital experience design, branding, user experience, and visual storytelling. You'll partner closely with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to create compelling digital experiences that strengthen brand engagement, support customer acquisition, and enhance the customer journey.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with expertise in Figma and has experience translating brand strategy into intuitive web and mobile experiences. This is an opportunity to help support innovative digital products while ensuring a seamless connection between brand identity and user experience.
The team needs someone who understands how to design for the web and to deliver files that use their design system components, but the candidate will also need to help with a lot of marketing design assets like digital display ads and emails, as well as some needs from the companys social media team.
This position is focused entirely on digital experiences. There are no print design responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging web and mobile experiences that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives
- Create landing pages, mobile interfaces, web experiences, and digital campaign assets that align with brand objectives
- Translate branding and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
- Develop designs that effectively communicate a story and create meaningful customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business stakeholders from concept through execution
- Build and maintain designs within Figma, leveraging modern design systems and workflows
- Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Ensure experiences are optimized for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall customer engagement
- Participate in review cycles and quickly incorporate feedback while balancing multiple priorities
- Stay current on emerging UX, UI, branding, and digital design trends
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Digital Experience Design, UX/UI Design, Product Design, Digital Design, Marketing Design, or a related field
- Advanced Figma experience is required
- Experience designing digital experiences for:
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Landing pages
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Customer-facing digital experiences
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, branding, interaction design, typography, and layout
- Experience documenting and communicating design workflows and processes
- Ability to bridge brand standards with modern digital experiences
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with business objectives and user needs
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Portfolio showcasing digital product, web, and mobile design work is required and will be heavily weighted during the evaluation process

- Agency experience
- Experience supporting customer acquisition and digital engagement initiatives

- Strong understanding of digital storytelling and brand-driven design
