What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the Buildxact website end-to-end including pages, templates, CMS collections, performance, and uptime
- Partner on website rebuild and migration while managing live environments and launches
- Lead landing page creation and optimization across campaigns, lifecycle, and brand initiatives
- Run CRO strategy through testing ideas, A/B experiments, and conversion improvements
- Own GA4, GTM, and web analytics reporting with clear recommendations tied to growth outcomes
- Lead SEO strategy, keyword priorities, and agency execution accountability
- Drive GEO / AI-search optimization so Buildxact wins in modern search environments
- Own the editorial calendar and content publishing cadence aligned to demand generation goals
- Review and approve agency-produced content for quality, brand fit, and performance intent
- Launch and grow the Buildxact community platform including onboarding, engagement, moderation, and programs
- Partner with Customer Success and Brand to turn community into advocacy, referrals, and retention wins
- Manage vendors, contractors, tools, integrations, and digital systems that keep the engine moving
You’ll Thrive If You Have:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, web management, or demand generation roles
- Hands-on experience managing websites and CMS platforms without needing a developer for every update
- Strong SEO experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Experience running CRO programs and interpreting test results into business wins
- Understanding of AI-search, generative engine optimization, and changing search behavior
- Experience building or managing online communities, customer groups, or advocacy programs
- Comfort with GTM, analytics tags, CRM form integrations, pixels, and no-code workflows
- Strong editorial instincts and the ability to brief and manage external partners well
- Commercial mindset that connects digital performance to leads, revenue, GRR, and NRR
- Bias toward action - you build, improve, and keep moving
