We're looking for an on-site Part-Time member-focused professional who is passionate about helping people achieve financial success through exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.
What You'll Do
Assist members through in-bound, phone, chat, and email interactions
Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
Support account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and service requests.
Meet service, quality, and referral goals.
Accurately document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding member experience.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months or more of banking, credit union, financial services, call center, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building skills and strong verbal and written communication ability
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Financial institution experience preferred.
Spanish speaking is preferred
