Digital Experimentation Analyst

Overview
This role is part of Client's Digital Experimentation Team within the Digital Customer Experience organization and is responsible for managing and delivering the digital experimentation program.
The position focuses on designing, executing, and analyzing experiments, establishing measurement best practices, and partnering with stakeholders to build a scalable, data-driven test-and-learn culture.

Core Responsibilities
• Establish best practices for measuring experiments using statistical methods and causal inference techniques.
• Design, execute, analyze, and communicate the results of A/B tests and other digital experiments.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective experimentation strategies and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for analysis and testing that improve conversion rates or drive revenue growth, using data-driven recommendations to influence decisions.
• Help teams design experiments, interpret results, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Build and promote a culture of experimentation through successful testing initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure the experimentation program is scalable, repeatable, effective, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal analytics teams to develop reporting strategies and validate data collection accuracy.
• Work with developers to implement and support digital testing campaigns.
• Define and maintain best-practice approaches for a successful experimentation program.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other modern programming languages.
• Experience with digital experimentation and causal inference.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Adobe products or similar testing tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable experiments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while meeting strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills or Experience
• Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing technology tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Experience with Databricks.
