Digital Graphic Designer – Apparel & Lifestyle Brand
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and innovative Digital Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role is responsible for designing engaging content for e-commerce, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, retail promotions, and apparel graphics while ensuring a consistent and recognizable brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Brand Marketing
- Design digital assets for websites, landing pages, online promotions, and e-commerce platforms.
- Create engaging graphics for digital advertising
- Design banners, promotional graphics, and digital content that support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Social Media Content Creation
- Design static and animated graphics for Instagram and TikTok
- Create Instagram Stories, Reels covers, carousel posts, and promotional content.
- Develop templates that maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars and campaign concepts.
Photo Editing & Digital Asset Management
- Professionally retouch and enhance product and lifestyle photography.
- Remove backgrounds, color-correct images, and optimize visuals for digital and print use.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library of logos, graphics, photography, and marketing materials.
E-Commerce & Website Design
- Create homepage banners, category graphics, product page assets, and promotional visuals.
- Design graphics that enhance the online shopping experience and improve conversion.
- Optimize images for web performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns
- Design email graphics for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Create branded templates that align with marketing objectives.
- Develop digital assets for SMS marketing and online advertising.
Motion Graphics & Video Support
- Design simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Create engaging visual content that increases audience engagement.
Brand Development
- Support the evolution of the company's visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts that strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Ensure all creative materials align with established brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and or job experience of 5+ years in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working with fashion, retail, apparel, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, and visual design projects.
Technical Skills
Required:
- Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Typography and layout design
- Photo retouching and image manipulation
- Color correction and image optimization
- File preparation for both digital and print production
Preferred:
- Adobe After Effects

- Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar)
