Are you a visionary designer ready to shape the digital presence of a beloved retail brand? We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact on how our brand connects with customers across all digital touchpoints. In this pivotal role, you will translate marketing visions into captivating visual experiences, influencing everything from website layouts to engaging social media campaigns and essential customer communications. Your designs will directly enhance the customer journey, drive engagement, and reinforce our brand's iconic identity.

**Responsibilities**
* Transform marketing, promotional, and merchandising strategies into compelling creative deliverables for web, app, emails, social media, and digital advertisements, as well as print materials, all while upholding our brand's global creative direction principles.
* Apply expert skills in retail image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color to develop multiple design explorations.
* Articulate the strategic rationale behind design decisions effectively.
* Manage time efficiently to independently design and produce multiple projects accurately.
* Create weekly web designs and marketing emails that effectively communicate messages and achieve campaign goals, owning the full email campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution.
* Develop engaging content for various social media platforms.
* Actively participate in brainstorm sessions for seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns with copywriters and business partners.
* Proactively seek improvements for the e-commerce experience, with a strong focus on mobile and responsive design.
* Innovate and inspire team members by introducing competitive examples and fresh ideas.
* Champion brand best practices in design thinking and encourage team members to do the same.
* Collaborate with site merchandisers, buying teams, marketing, planning, and other cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with marketing objectives.
* Partner with copywriters to seamlessly integrate strategic messaging and calls to action into designs.
* Engage in problem-solving discussions with cross-functional partners to provide effective solutions for messaging challenges.
* Build strong cross-functional partnerships that foster the evolution of our creative brand.
* Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
* Respond quickly to design challenges and new business needs, adapting priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars.
* Receive feedback on projects with a professional and positive attitude.
* Display strong self-motivation and self-advocacy, with the ability to research and learn independently.
* In partnership with creative leads, identify business opportunities to help evolve our brand.

**Required Skills & Experience**
* Design school, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of design experience with performance marketing (e.g., social, email).
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) and prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma) for digital design.
* Basic knowledge of web markup language.
* Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA).
* Embodies our core values.
* Understanding of user-centric design principles and the limitations of web environments and e-commerce platforms.

**Must-Haves**
* Graphic Design Experience
* E-commerce Design experience
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
