Digital Hybrid Press Operator

Outlook Group is looking for an experienced 2nd shift Digital Hybrid Press Operator to join our team. You will set up, operate, and maintain the press to produce high-quality labels. This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong technical troubleshooting, and a commitment to precision.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity:

• Monday- Friday 2pm- 10pm

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate the Domino digital hybrid press according to job specifications.
• Load substrates, install flexo plates, mix inks, and manage digital print queues.
• Monitor print quality continuously to catch color shifts, registration issues, or defects.
• Adjust press settings, UV curing units, and die-cutting components during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance, printhead cleaning, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Review job tickets to ensure correct materials, inks, and finishing tools are used.
• Maintain accurate production logs, material usage records, and waste counts.

Qualified applicants will have:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years operating digital inkjet or flexographic web presses.
• Equipment Knowledge: Direct experience with Domino N610i or similar hybrid presses preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of color management, registration, and web tension.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent color vision and ability to spot minor printing defects.
