About the Role

As a Change, Training, & Adoption Specialist (P3), you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving enterprise adoption of AI capabilities through effective change management, learning programs, and user engagement strategies. You will define and manage enterprise training pathways, AI Buddy standards, adoption frameworks, and readiness measurement approaches that enable employees to confidently embrace new ways of working. This role requires a strong combination of change leadership, learning design, stakeholder engagement, and analytics to ensure AI investments translate into sustained behavioral change and business value. You will partner across business, technology, HR, and transformation teams to accelerate AI adoption and organizational readiness at scale.

Your Team

You will be a senior individual contributor collaborating with business leaders, divisional AX teams, HR and Learning partners, AI product teams, communications teams, and end-user communities to drive AI readiness, capability building, and adoption across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

• Define and manage enterprise AI training pathways, learning journeys, and role-based enablement programs that support workforce adoption of AI capabilities.

• Establish and maintain AI Buddy standards, guidance, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective user support experiences.

• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and adoption interventions that drive engagement and behavioral change.

• Create and maintain the enterprise AI change playbook, including methodologies, templates, toolkits, and adoption frameworks.

• Design readiness assessment approaches and adoption measurement frameworks to evaluate organizational preparedness and change effectiveness.

• Partner with business leaders and divisional AX teams to identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions that improve outcomes.

• Analyze training participation, adoption metrics, user feedback, and engagement data to continuously improve learning and change programs.

• Collaborate with communications, HR, and learning teams to develop awareness campaigns, enablement content, and ongoing reinforcement activities.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and community-building initiatives that promote AI literacy and adoption.

• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into readiness, adoption trends, learning effectiveness, and value realization.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in change management, learning and development, organizational transformation, or related disciplines.

• Strong expertise in change management methodologies, learning program design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy development.

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs, enablement initiatives, and capability-building frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring adoption, readiness, engagement, and learning effectiveness through data-driven insights.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive organizational change in complex, fast-paced environments.

What is Nice to Have

• Certifications in Prosci, Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.

• Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, automation, or enterprise technology adoption programs.

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital adoption platforms, survey tools, and analytics/reporting solutions.

• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups and user communities.

What Makes You Eligible

• Willingness to travel 20% of the time

• Willingness to work in a HARMAN office located in Novi, MI or Sunnyvale, CA 3+ days per week

Salary Ranges:

$ 90,750 - $ 133,100
