About the Role
We’re hiring for an onsite role supporting production line startups across the U.S.
In this position, you’ll be working directly on the plant floor during commissioning, helping coordinate teams, support system setup, and ensure everything runs smoothly as new equipment and systems go live.
This is a hands-on, travel-based role, ideal for someone with experience in field service, commissioning, or production line support who enjoys being onsite and working directly with teams.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact onsite during production line startup
- Coordinate between Plant teams, Technicians, Engineering / software teams
- Support commissioning and system rollout activities
- Help troubleshoot issues with automation systems, networks, or software tools
- Track daily progress, issues, and next steps during startup
- Help guide operators and technicians as new systems are deployed
- Ensure communication is clear between all teams involved

What We’re Looking For
3–10 years in:
- Field service
- Commissioning / startup
- Production / plant support
- Automation or maintenance roles
- Experience working onsite in manufacturing environments
Technical Background (basic to intermediate)
Familiarity with:
- PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- SCADA / HMI systems
- Industrial environments / production lines
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic system or network issues
Soft Skills (VERY important)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers and plant teams
- Able to coordinate multiple teams onsite
- Organized and able to track tasks and issues during projects
- Problem-solver mindset
Travel
~90% travel across the U.S.
Majority of time onsite at customer facilities
Nice to Have
Experience with:
- Packaging or bottling lines
- Food & beverage or manufacturing environments
- Commissioning or line startup projects
- Working with remote engineering or software teams
