    The Senior Digital & IT Leader is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day IT operations while leading digital and IT projects that support Parker OES business objectives. This role balances operational IT leadership with project and program execution partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, ,EMG IT and Corporate IT.

    Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

    This position will support various functional areas across the division and will report directly to the Division IT Manager. This position consults with all levels of management at corporate, group, and divisions, across multiple functional areas and geographies.

    Operational IT Leadership

    • Own site/regional/Divisional IT Project delivery and Stakeholder alignment; ensure consistent, timely planning and execution.
    • Lead/Coordinate Business Systems Upgrade/Consolidation & Conversion aligned with Digital and IT Strategy.
    • Ability to work with cross functional leaders gaining sponsorship and alignment of Business Driven Priorities.

    Project & Program Management

    • Lead cross-functional IT and digital projects from initiation through closeout (charter, scope, timeline, resources, budget).
    • Drive requirements gathering, solution design alignment, testing strategy, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
    • Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; provide clear status reporting and governance.
    • Coordinate change management, training, and adoption to ensure project outcomes are realized.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma concepts where applicable.
    • Ensure projects align with Parker OES and corporate IT architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.

    Digital Enablement & Manufacturing/Operational Technology

    • Partner with Operations to identify digital opportunities (automation, analytics, workflow digitization, data visibility).
    • Lead integrations between business systems and shop-floor/OT systems while maintaining security segmentation and uptime.
    • Improve data quality and report reliability for production, quality, and supply chain decision-making.

    People Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead by example and develop IT support team; set Project task priorities and expectations.
    • Build strong partnerships with functional leaders; translate business needs into actionable IT roadmaps.
    • Facilitate governance forums (steering meetings, change management, project reviews) as required for Projects.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 6+ years of experience in IT operations/support leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Demonstrated project management experience delivering medium-to-large IT initiatives.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
