Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the document conversion and scanning department.
- Lead, train, and support a team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and workflow to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data security standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations experience in a production, document management, or service environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with document scanning, data entry, mailroom operations, or conversion services is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
