Digital Manufacturing Engineer – Elmira, NY (Onsite)
Full-time role focused on improving manufacturing using data, digital tools, and automation.
You’ll work on:
Building internal tools (apps, dashboards)
Turning production data into insights
Improving processes, efficiency, and quality
Connecting shop floor systems with reporting tools
Supporting automation and digital transformation
This is a hands-on role—you’ll spend time on the shop floor understanding real problems and solving them with technology.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Data / Analytics)
Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
SQL and/or Python
Strong data analysis & dashboarding
Ability to work with manufacturing teams (hands-on approach)
Preferred Skills
Manufacturing or plant experience (internship also ok)
ERP systems (especially Dynamics AX / 365)
Process simulation / modeling
App development or analytics projects
Continuous improvement exposure (Lean, Six Sigma)
Automation / AI tools exposure
