As we scale, we are looking for a highly technical and operationally-minded leader to serve as the founder's right hand and keep our agency running at its highest level.About the RoleWe are hiring a full-time, fully remote Operations & Automation Manager. This is not a traditional operations role — it requires deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and marketing automation systems and AI. You will be responsible for overseeing production workflows, managing our team\'s output, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results every time.
