Our Digital Marketing Team drives client-facing digital initiatives firm-wide. The bulk of the team is located in New York, with key regional leaders in London, HongKong, and Tokyo, and cross-functional business partners across the globe. This is an expanding team that drives the company's digital vision in service of client relationships worldwide. The Digital Marketing Analyst/Associate will be a key addition to our team, and will enable us to scale our efforts and drive measurable business results via best-in-class digital campaigns and content. The role is a unique opportunity to contribute across all aspects of digital marketing, including the creation and deployment of website content and email.ResponsibilitiesSupport content production across the family of client-facing websites, using the Sitecore content management system. Includes primary content production of HTML and image assets.Coordinate production tasks with off-shore content production team, including full ownership of outcome, quality control, code-review, troubleshooting, and adherence to design requirements, brand standards, and best practices.Partner with content strategy, product marketing & channel marketing teams, digital design, front- and back-end development teams to manage delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.Apply visual creativity and design eye to optimize email, campaign, and web creative in partnership with our Digital Design Lead, including image selection and light edits as necessary using Figma and other tools.Partner with internal teams to produce and deploy content for internal platforms such as the corporate intranet, our digital asset management system Seismic, and Salesforce.Stay informed on digital marketing best practices.Perform competitive analysis on our industry peers and digital marketing leaders in other industries.Undertake strategic ad hoc projects as required.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree1‑2+ years' experience in a digital content production role using a content management systemProficiency in HTML production for web and emailExposure to digital content creation software, such as FigmaExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skillsSelf-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in deadline-driven environmentOccasional schedule flexibility for collaboration with global colleagues across time zonesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps and Monday.com)PreferredKnowledge of CSS and JavaScriptLitmus or other relevant email design, code and testing tool experienceExposure to digital content creation software, such as FigmaFinancial services industry or Business-to-business (B2B) experienceExperience with document management systemsExperience with CRM systems such as SalesforceKnowledge of CSS and JavaScriptLocation: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
