If you want to work on real strategic problems early in your career, this is the place.The Role: We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with roughly 1 year of hands‑on experience in paid search and paid social. You'll work directly on client accounts across Meta and Google, partnering with senior team members on strategy, execution, and reporting.This is a hybrid role based in NYC.What You'll Do: Build and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, and BingDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for clientsResearch and source creative assets; write creative briefsLaunch A/B and multivariate tests across creatives and landing pagesPartner with the senior team on strategy development and executionConduct keyword, audience, and market researchShare recommendations and strategic POVs with the senior teamWhat we're looking for: 1 year of experience in paid social (Meta/IG) and/or paid search, or a strong relevant internshipWorking knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across both channelsComfortable with Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, vlookups, formula creationHighly analytical with strong attention to detailClear written and verbal communicatorAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExperience with Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plusCreative development or brief‑writing experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field preferredAgency experience is preferred, especially in an e-commerce or performance marketing context. Brand‑side e-commerce experience is also a strong fit.
