    Description

    Digital Marketing Analyst

    Location: Phoenix AZ

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

    3+ years of experience in marketing technology or related field, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.

    Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

    Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), database management (e.g., SQL), and web development (e.g., HTML, CSS). Experience with data integration, data management, and data analytics.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing technology projects on time and within budget.

    Relevant certifications in marketing technology platforms are a plus.
