Digital Marketing

The Scrum Master acts as a hands-on Agile coach for Digital Marketing's product organization, partnering directly with the Product Manager to build the systems, artifacts, and team capability that let the group scale. This isn't a pure facilitation role — the Scrum Master rolls up their sleeves alongside the PM to build tooling, structure documentation, and mature the team's Agile practice, while also coaching individuals and teams toward stronger Agile thinking. The Scrum Master champions Agile practices while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
Needs experience with SAFe SSM or SPC, ICP-Client, Scrum Alliance CTC or CSM or similar
Activities:

• Partners closely with the Product Manager to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Identifies and removes delivery impediments and escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains visibility into team capacity, work-in-progress, roadmap commitments, and milestone delivery.
• Partners with Product leader to deliver an Agile/Scrum training program to build team capability and maturity.
• Owns and improves the Azure DevOps (ADO) configuration and implementation — workflows, boards, and reporting.
• Partners hands-on with the Product Manager to build roadmaps and implement dashboards.
• Creates templates and structures the team wiki/knowledge base.
• Builds supporting processes with centralized product documentation.
