The position serves as a key partner to Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, and external agency partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across recruiting and business development channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, job boards, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities that improve engagement, conversion, hiring outcomes, and marketing ROI.
- Create and manage compelling digital content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, employee stories, testimonials, blogs, and other brand-building communications.
- Manage corporate and recruiting social media channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar and fostering positive audience engagement.
- Monitor online conversations and social engagement, escalating service, recruiting, or reputation-related concerns when appropriate.
- Support employer branding, employee advocacy, and corporate storytelling initiatives.
- Assist with website content, SEO optimization, lead generation efforts, and CRM-based marketing initiatives.
- Produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that inform marketing and recruiting strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging standards across all digital channels and communications.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience creating and managing business-focused social media content and campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
- Experience creating digital graphics using Canva.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics and translate data into recommendations.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
