About the Role
\n
The Digital Marketing Coordinator helps bring our marketing to life across social media, email, SMS, push notifications, creators, and community.
\n
\n
This is a hands on execution role for someone who loves digital marketing, communicates well, and has exceptional attention to detail. You'll work closely with our Email & Marketing and Social & Creative leads to turn strategy into polished, accurate campaigns while helping us stay connected to the communities behind our brands.
\n
\n
We're looking for a doer who can move comfortably between writing a caption, building and QAing an email, engaging with clients on social, coordinating with a creator, and keeping campaign details organized.
\n
\n
What You'll Do
\n
Social & Community
\n
- \n
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- \n
- Write engaging captions and social copy within established brand voices.
- \n
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags throughout the day, with automation supporting some routine responses.
- \n
- Proactively engage with our communities and surface recurring questions, feedback, trends, and content opportunities.
- \n
- Support polls, Stories, giveaways, broadcast channels, Lives, and other community initiatives.
- \n
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and content performance.
- \n
\n
Email, SMS & Push
\n
- \n
- Build sale and non sale campaign emails in Klaviyo using approved creative and campaign direction.
- \n
- Write and refine subject lines, preview text, CTAs, SMS copy, and push notifications.
- \n
- Update links, alt text, products, banners, and other campaign content.
- \n
- Thoroughly QA campaigns for links, promotional details, product accuracy, spelling, and desktop and mobile rendering.
- \n
- Build and schedule SMS and push campaigns based on approved strategy and calendars.
- \n

Creators & Campaign Coordination
\n
- \n
- Support creator and affiliate communication, gifting, follow ups, deliverables, and content organization.
- \n
- Follow campaign calendars, trackers, and social content schedules.
- \n
- Coordinate assets and campaign details across Marketing and Creative.
- \n
- Support giveaway execution and winner follow up.
- \n
- Help ensure campaigns launch accurately, consistently, and on time across channels.
- \n

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, ecommerce marketing, or a related field.
- \n
- Hands on experience publishing or managing content for brand social media accounts.
- \n
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- \n
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
- \n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- \n
- This is a fully onsite position based in Addison, Texas. Candidates must be able to work in the office five days per week. This position is not remote or hybrid.

Preferred

- Klaviyo or other email marketing platform experience.
- \n
- Experience with SMS or push notification marketing.
- \n
- Creator, influencer, or affiliate program experience.
- \n
- Ecommerce or retail experience.
- \n
- Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, social scheduling platforms, or social and email analytics.
