Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Apple Creek Banking Company is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand, connect with our communities, and support our business goals.
This role will initially focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign performance. Over time, you'll assume responsibility for coordinating the bank's marketing events and sponsorships, with training and support throughout the transition.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including our website, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as newsletters, press releases, advertisements, and customer communications.
- Track and interpret marketing data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with employees and vendors to keep marketing materials consistent with our brand and compliance standards.
- Support community events and sponsorships, gradually taking ownership of planning, logistics, promotional materials, and coordination with community partners.
- Manage project timelines and details to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule.

What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications. Banking, community outreach, or event coordination experience is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media, website content management, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
- Design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
