The Job in a Nutshell:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Natural Grocers' social media and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about content creation and social media.

 

The coordinator will assist with social content creation, video production, influencer partnerships, customer service, digital advertising support, and marketing project coordination. Working closely with the Social Media Director and cross-functional teams, this position helps bring campaigns to life while ensuring projects stay organized and on track.

Responsibilities:

Main Ingredients:

 

1. Assist in creating engaging content for Natural Grocers' social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and YouTube.
2. Support social video production by helping develop concepts, shot lists, scripts, and filming content for social platforms.
3. Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera and participating in social media content and other brand-facing digital content.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social content.
5. Coordinate influencer partnerships by assisting with outreach, product shipments, communication, contracts, and content tracking.
6. Help maintain content calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
7. Assist with social listening and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for timely and engaging content.
8. Identify opportunities to grow our social media following and expand our reach by building and leveraging relationships with influencers and partners and creating strategies that showcase our content to new audiences.
9. Social media aficionado; stays up to date on the latest social media trends, what’s going viral, new features and new platforms – providing suggestions for opportunities.
10. Assist with digital advertising by collaborating on ad creative development and campaign coordination.
11. Monitor and assist with customer service and community management.
12. Provide administrative and project support for the Digital Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, or related fields required.
2. Strong interest in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
3. Comfortable appearing in, filming, and creating social media content and videos.
4. Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
5. Excellent writing and grammar skills and a strong attention to detail.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office products and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).
7. Able to work effectively with daily, weekly and monthly timelines.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
