- Manage social media channels including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics
- Create and publish engaging digital content across social media, email, and websites
- Plan, produce, and edit video content for digital platforms
- Coordinate weekly email newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns
- Manage audience segments and monitor email campaign performance
- Maintain and update website content in partnership with external agencies
- Support website optimization and user experience improvements
- Lead digital marketing efforts for conferences, events, and major initiatives
- Support pre-event promotion and live event coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and maintain brand consistency
- Mentor student correspondents by providing content direction, editing, and quality assurance
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Identify trends and make recommendations to improve audience engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of digital marketing, social media, communications, or content experience preferred
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Experience with website content management systems
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Experience creating digital content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Video editing, photography, or graphic design experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Creative, collaborative, and self motivated
Full time, Onsite M-F
$22/hr- $26/hr
