As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Designer to join our team. This full-time, on-site role combines graphic design, digital marketing, product photography, social media management, and creative brand development. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Atlantic Cigar while also supporting our sister company, The Cigar Republic in Conshohocken PA.

Position Overview

As our Digital Marketing & Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that reaches thousands of customers every day. From designing daily promotional emails and photographing premium cigars to producing engaging social media content and helping develop entirely new cigar brands, you'll be at the center of our creative and marketing efforts.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple creative hats, thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, and takes pride in producing polished, professional work that drives sales and strengthens brand recognition.

What You'll Do

Graphic Design & Digital Marketing

•  Design daily promotional email campaigns for Atlantic Cigar and The Cigar Republic. 
•  Create website banners, landing pages, promotional graphics, and digital advertisements. 
•  Design graphics for online promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns. 
•  Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital marketing channels. 
•  Collaborate with management to develop creative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. 

Product Photography

•  Photograph cigars, humidors, accessories, and other products for our e-commerce websites. 
•  Edit, retouch, and optimize product photography for web, email, advertising, and social media. 
•  Maintain and organize the company's digital image library. 
•  Ensure all product imagery meets Atlantic Cigar's quality standards. 

Email Marketing

•  Design and build engaging daily marketing emails. 
•  Create visually compelling layouts that increase customer engagement and drive online sales. 
•  Work with management to execute daily promotions and product launches. 
•  Continuously improve the effectiveness of email creative through testing and refinement. 

Social Media & Content Creation

•  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 
•  Capture and edit short-form videos, product spotlights, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional reels. 
•  Help develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. 
•  Monitor engagement and assist in growing Atlantic Cigar's online presence. 
•  Stay current on social media trends and recommend new content ideas that strengthen our brands. 

Brand Development & Creative Projects


One of the most exciting aspects of this position is helping create and launch new cigar brands.


You'll work alongside ownership to develop new branding concepts from the ground up, including:

•  Brand identity development 
•  Logo design 
•  Cigar band design 
•  Box artwork and packaging concepts 
•  Promotional graphics 
•  Marketing campaigns for new product launches 
•  Creative storytelling that gives each brand its own unique personality and identity 

This role offers the opportunity to leave a lasting creative mark on products that will be enjoyed by cigar enthusiasts around the world.


E-Commerce Marketing

•  Assist with website merchandising and product presentation. 
•  Optimize creative assets for desktop and mobile shopping experiences. 
•  Support new product launches with coordinated marketing materials. 
•  Help improve the overall online shopping experience through compelling visual merchandising. 

Qualifications

Required

•  2+ years of professional graphic design experience. 
•  Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, branding, and graphic design work. 
•  Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
•  Experience with professional product photography and photo retouching. 
•  Experience designing email marketing campaigns.
•  Experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
•  Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling. 
•  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
•  Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail. 
•  Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Preferred

•  Experience managing business social media accounts. 
•  Video production and editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar). 
•  Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, or another e-commerce platform. 
•  Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. 
•  Experience with AI-powered creative tools. 
•  Interest in premium cigars is a plus, but not required.
