We help outstanding organizations, government agencies, and companies that achieve their goals and positively transform their communities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for an intern to join the Effct.org team for a 10-week internship. This position will be at least 30 hours per week, based in our Downtown Denver office, and pay $20/hour.We're mostly looking for college seniors and candidates who would be interested in transitioning into a full-time role after the internship, contingent on performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft pieces of engaging, beautiful, and effective creative content for clientsSupport with scheduling creative materials on Meta Business Suite and monitoring comments and messagesStay up-to-date on the trends and best practices in digital advertisingConduct research on potential clients, products, and best practicesSupport team to onboard digital clientYOU WILL BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:Are passionate about making a difference at the micro and macro levelAre eager to learn all of the inner workings of a digital agencyAre agile and able to shift between different projects with easeAre self-motivated and open to learning new thingsHave great organizational skills using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and SlidesHave created unique content for Instagram, Tiktok, YoutubeHave experience with graphic design, copywriting (captioning social posts), and/or video editing.Ability to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskSelf-motivated and results-drivenHave a great sense of humorThis application closes 4/15/26 or once 150 applications are submitted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
