Employee Assistance Program.Training and development opportunities with a growing, family-owned company.Your Role:Manage oversight of owned social media channels and websites.Develop and maintain strategic content calendars.Partner with internal departments to identify content opportunities.Create & launch engaging, on-brand content.Design strategies to increase community size, reach & engagement.Improve website UX and SEO performance.Track key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Monitor the digital footprint of competitors.Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Your Skills:2-3 years' experience managing digital marketing/social media for a consumer brand.Digital marketing savvy with an in-depth knowledge of social media management platforms.Strong understanding of website CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and interpret it into actionable insights.Strong sense of creativity with a proven history of effective, on-brand content development.Fluent with the use of image and video editing tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite products).Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.Experience in hospitality or private club categories preferred.Physical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
